I’ve been using their services for about 15 months, after being recommended by the idiots at EOC in Porters Neck who damaged my truck trying to get me to keep spending money with them for issues I didn’t have before going to them. MT has been upfront, honest, and given timely service. I have received recommendations for services needed, without ANY pressure. When I was having trouble with my brake system, not only did they not try to sell me on what was not needed, they went above and beyond. The technician had an issue removing a bolt and when it did break free, brake fluid sprayed all over the underside of my truck. Instead of just wiping the fluid away, they had the entire underside pressure washed/ at no extra charge. Just a small example of how customers are treated.
