Took my truck in to have the A/C worked on. When I dropped the truck off I explained to the manager the the high side port was leaking and the system needed to be emptied, the high side port needed to be changed and then charged and inspected for leaks, even took the parts in to them. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting they said I had a bad a/c line and they couldn't fix it without replacing the entire line. They charged me $127 to charge the system just to watch it leak down because they didnt even change the leaking port. Didnt even give me my parts back. Went to another shop in town explained to them the exact same thing and within 1 hour the had replaced the high side port which I was told mobile tech couldn't do. They charged the system put due in it and the a/c is working great. Makes you wonder? Contacted Stephen at mobile tech and questioned him on why they couldn't do it and got the run around, not professional at all. They even sent me an email for estimates on work they said need to be done for $1900 but could fix the issue on the truck I brought it in for. Just remember always get a second opinion from another place. They didn't even offer a refund or much of an apology. Bad business ethics.
