For starters, I have the worst luck with cars. I should probably just commit to being Amish. I don't typically write reviews, but today I feel compelled to. I have brought a couple of my cars to MobileTech over the last three years. Always last minute, always in a rush and always with upmost ignorance when it comes to automobiles. Most of my descriptions of what I believe is wrong with my car involved a lot of poorly executed sound effects and is probably worthy of being laughed at. Yes, MobileTech is competitive. They are a business. They have bills. They have employees who have bills. As a general manager myself, I don't see this as an issue. I don't see it as an issue because they have never 1) turned me away, 2) treated me unfairly, 3) been rude to me, 4) made me feel as if I had been taken advantage of. They do what they say they're going to and they do it efficiently, successfully and in what I feel is a rather short amount of time for a mechanic and I've dealt with a lot of mechanics in the last 12 years. They're human, they make mistakes but they own them. That says a lot all in itself. Today, I had an appointment with them which I called to cancel at the last minute because I got tied up at work and no longer had the liberty to leave the building and drop off my car. I was met with a counter offer from Josh that I was not prepared for. Rather than reschedule for another day, they offered to come pick up my car for me. From a professional standpoint, I tip my hat. There aren't a lot of businesses that are run by what I often refer to as "real people" anymore. They have personal standards as well as professional. I appreciate that. From a personal standpoint, even if I can get the job done for $20 cheaper down the road, I'm still going here because they stand by their work, their word and I know I'm getting what I'm paying for and then some. I don't need to be greeted by lounge chairs and red carpets, I need to be greeted by no bs honesty and depart with my money's worth and that's exactly what I get. Every time. I think Dave runs a fine business and for that, he can have mine.
