Very slow service. Always behind schedule Every time I go here I sit in the waiting room for at least an hour and a half. It doesnt take that long just to change the oil. I've sat there for over 2 hours before, for an oil change and tire rotation. I give 2 stars bc David has excellent customer service. But after a year and a half of going here and never having my vehicle serviced in a timely manner, even when they've promised me before hand "it wont take as long as last time", I am finding somewhere else to bring my vehicle
Molly, Sad to hear this but we don’t “just do an oil change” and have never just done an oil change when you come in for service. You’re absolutely right we’re probably not the right shop for you. I pride myself and my staff in the fact they are through in inspecting the vehicle. You won’t get that kind of service anywhere else in town at the price you have been paying. The technician spent approximately 48 minutes changing your oil, rotating your tires, setting your tire pressures, correctly, resetting the TPMS system, resetting maintence light, and inspecting your vehicle for any issues. Ben spent well over 15 minutes looking for replacement wheels for you, calling the dealer, calling salvage yards. This all takes time. I personally, as well as my staff do not want to be know for express oil services. Places that change your oil, rotate your tires in 30 minutes or less are cutting corners and that’s just not how I want my shop to operate. When making appointments we always urge the customer to drop off. I have customers that understand completely that we are not and never will be an express service oil change shop. Those shops suck. That’s not my shop and I have many customers who when they want cheap and fast, they go else where and return to my shop when they want the work done right. I’m completely ok with it. Hopefully this review will ward away potential customers who aren’t looking for quality, reliable work by a company that’s owned by a guy who’s very hands on and highly approachable. As the years pass I get completely disgusted with how much effort and time my guys put in to making sure we remain consistent and through to just have someone disregard what they don’t see happening in the sho and then being so passive aggressive about it that they leave a bad review not really fully understanding the repercussions and lasting effects, or may be they do. You have brought your car in for multiple times for an extremely intermittent issues where we spent hours attempting to duplicate your issues and not charging you nearly what we have in time on it. I have spent hours personally trying to locate wheel locks for your vehicle. I have cleaned up after your kids in the lobby. I had empathy when you bought a car with issues from a local dealer. Yet my reward? When you passed by me in the lobby you smiled and said hello just to leave this bad review 15 mins later. I wish you all the best and happy holidays.
