I was in an accident that was no fault of my own when a guy ran a red light. Had my vehicle towed to MobileTech in which David and his crew took great care of me. They were very prompt in getting the damage assessed and an estimate together even before the insurance adjuster arrived. A week later my 10 year old truck was back in like new condition and feels like it drives even better than before the accident. I cannot recommend MobileTech enough for any and all of your auto repair needs!

Literally heard the service tech Steven call me a mental case when he thought he had hung up on me... And hadn't. appt 800 plus dollars on my car only for them to tell me that I need to spend another 2 grand. I wouldn't trust anyone that talks about their costumers that way .They will never get any business from me or anyone I have affiliation with.

Emily, I spoke to Stephen. I think if you called my mother names, like a c*** wh***.... I would have said much worse. None the less... It’s also my understanding you have frustrations stemming from other shops, but there’s no need to take them out on me, let alone Stephen who’s merely trying to help you. I talked to Stephen and he understands that he needs to use more tact when dealing with certain situations but after hearing the phone conversation it’s hard for me not to side with him on this. I hope you can understand you can’t talk down to people in such a manner and expect just because they hold a job in a customer service manner that the job entails verbal abuse. It doesn’t. That cousin in law that you wouldn't leave you're worst enemy with is probably a better choice. Thanks for lying on the paper work, trying to add in parts I didn't need. Since you decide I was not as smart as you, yall showed how dumb you are. Car runs fine. Will take shop to finish the computer install. You can get better prices when you're bigger. Car does run, so whoever was "100%" was 100% wrong.

To be honest, really trying as hard as I can to weed customers like you out. When you say “my mechanic says that’s not the problem” when they have never even seen your car or have any inclination as to what’s going on, yet their insight trumps my actual fact based proven diagnosis makes you not only look ignorant, it questions your intelligence in general. I really hope you get a few months with slapping some cheap Taiwan coils in before that coil driver craps out all together and leaves that car on the side of the road and you get hit with another tow bill, another diagnostic. I’m only said I won’t get to tell you I told you so.

All the staff was so helpful. They were the only guys in town that were able to help me with my Key problem for an old car. They were efficient, timely and very friendly. I highly recommend their services.

A stranger recommended MobileTech to me when I was in search of a place that does a full service oil change at a decent price. After a couple oil changes, I needed more extensive service. During what should have been very routine services (transmission, brakes, fuel injection, new tires, and new battery) my driver's side door locking mechanism decided to break. Because my car was in the care of MobileTech, David and his team fixed the door lock at no charge to me. A completely random occurrence at no fault of MobileTech. I highly recommend MobileTech for fair prices and great service!
